Healthy Connections specialist exercise clinics are exclusively staffed by Accredited Exercise Physiologists who offer exercise prescription across a vast range of clientele for people suffering chronic diseases, musculoskeletal pathologies, cardiac rehabilitation, disabilities or just general healthy populations.

Every participant is prescribed an individual clinical exercise program, based upon the results of a comprehensive health and fitness assessment and previous medical history. All exercise sessions are supervised at all times by an Accredited Exercise Physiologist.
