Some of our members cannot confidently or safely complete their own exercise programs through fear of falling or memory issues. Our high needs groups remove these barriers, utilising an instructor-led method to ensure safety while still gaining the maximum benefit from exercise.
During these sessions we complete a range of seated and standing exercises, using machines and equipment where appropriate. These classes are perfect for people with balance issues, frailty, memory concerns or those requiring use of mobility aids.
Monday, Wednesday and Friday – 12pm and 1pm
