Functional Fitness

8am Thursday

This is a specialised fitness classes, aimed at improving everyday functionality and health including the following: muscular strength and endurance, aerobic fitness, flexibility and balance and coordination.

Matwork Pilates

7:30am Friday

Clinical Pilates is a form of physical exercise that focuses on posture, balance, control, strength, flexibility, and breathing.

As a response to COVID-19, you will be required to bring your own mat, if applicable; alternate equipment may be used.

Fitzgibbon Chase Community Centre

Functional Fitness

9am Monday & Wednesday

This is a specialised fitness class, aimed at improving everyday functionality and health including the following: muscular strength and endurance, aerobic fitness, flexibility and balance and coordination.

High Intensity

10am Wednesday

This high tempo class combines short bursts of high intensity exercise with periods of lower intensity exercise. It incorporates different modes of exercise such as cardio, boxing, agility, and resistance training to target increased cardiovascular fitness, power, and weight loss.

Balance

10am Monday

This class is specifically targeted at improving balance and reducing the risk of future falls. It involves a combination of resistance exercise as well as static and dynamic exercise designed to challenge your balance in a safe environment.
