The Exercise Right for Active Ageing program has been created to assist Australians over the age of 65 to connect with and participate in a free, 12 week physical activity program. The program and assessments are completed in your own home, with ongoing support and instruction from an Accredited Exercise Physiologist. You don’t even require any sporting equipment!

Retired nurse Alice Brown spoke about how weekly fitness classes – part of the Exercise Right for Active Ageing national program – have helped with her osteoporosis. View the full article from The Queensland Senior Magazine here.
