Improve your muscular strength and endurance, aerobic fitness, balance, coordination and flexibility.
Thursday 3.15pm | $10/per class
An eclectic, contemporary blend of gentle yoga postures. This class focuses on strength, flexibility, breathing, relaxation and in general getting to know the body and learning to be in the body. It can almost become a moving meditation and will assist in improved wellbeing in a nurturing environment.
Friday 7:30am | $12/per class
Clinical Pilates is a form of physical exercise that focuses on posture, balance, control, strength, flexibility, and breathing.
Bookings not required. Equipment supplied.
As a response to COVID-19, you will be required to bring your own mat, if applicable; alternate equipment may be used.
