Healthy Connections offers a range of specialised fitness classes, instructed by accredited Exercise Physiologists. These are held at the Burnie Brae Centre – 60 Kuran Street, Chermside.
Thursday 9:15am | $10 per class
Improve your muscular strength, physical endurance, aerobic fitness, balance, coordination and flexibility.
Thursday 3:15pm | $10 per class
An eclectic, contemporary blend of gentle yoga postures. This class focuses on strength, flexibility, breathing, relaxation and in getting to know the body.
It can almost become a moving meditation and will assist in improved wellbeing within a nurturing environment.
Friday 7:30am | $12 per class
Clinical Pilates is a form of physical exercise that focuses on posture, balance, control, strength, flexibility and breathing.
Bookings are not required and all equipment is supplied. As a response to COVID-19, you will be required to bring your own mat. If applicable, alternate fitness equipment may be used.
